Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange on the pizza pan with points toward the center. Press to form a crust, sealing seams. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden.
Prepare gravy mix according to package directions in a saucepan. Stir in sausage crumbles. Set aside.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the egg mixture until almost set.
Spread sausage gravy over the baked crust. Top with the scrambled eggs and cheeses.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more, until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve in wedges.
